Forwarding your message to the gtranslator-devel mailing list - maybe there will be some people to tell you more about it. I didn't write the current docs, so can't say much about it.

Hello Fatih,
I want to translate gtranslator user documentation and need some help about
it. Need quick steps about docs translation process.
First to ask is gtranslator manual "stable" for now and is it going to change
cause I would wait for that if so.
I believe tranl. process is the same as it would be if I got any other gnome
program to translate its documentation. See /tmp/gtranslator-1.0/help/C and
its contents. Need help cause I have never translated any docbook manual. Can
you explain me quick steps to achive and test translation? If not, please
give me some link where I can find process described (I know for gnome-doc
but it seems that handbook is oriented for docbok writers and don't want to
jump in it if there is easier way aimed for translators).
Also, when jump in this, I'll also probably have something to say more about
gtranslator: what I like about that, where I noticed bugs, place for
enhancements etc. and not for now.
Thank you Fatih,
