[Gtranslator-devel] Learn buffer packaging/form

As I'm getting more and more learn buffers I'm thinking of putting up a
common format for the learn buffer packages to get more consistency.

Maybe we should have got a .tar.gz package which includes the following
structure and named for example with the suffix .umtf:

learn-buffer-package/
 -LANGUAGE_CODE/
  -learn-buffer.xml
  -README (in UTF-8 encoding with information about author, language,
dates and other kind of special thingies)

This would be good to have - will update my Turkish learn buffer to be
in this way and change it with this format; it would also easyfy
installing eventually learn buffer packages within gtranslator to select
from :-)
