Gtk::DrawingArea foreground

according to this manual page (botton of page): 
                  Drawing Lines
	Chapter 14. The Drawing Area Widget

the background of Gtk::DrawingArea is gray by
default...
so, can I change it ???

note that's relationed with my previous answer ( not
yet replyed... )
