Hyperlinks of text

Hi there.
I found on the archives, but could not find any solution for this:
I would like to make a list of names (get from a sqlite database) and
make them as hyperlinks in a way I could click the names and move to
another notebook tab where a form of editing its informations would be
available.

Does anyone know a good solution for that?
