So, Armin Burgmeier has taken care of them. Feel free to check them over
in cvs (I am still waiting for a GTK+ 2.9 tarball before releasing a
gtkmm 2.9 tarballs.)

Maybe someone would like to take a look at the new printing stuff that
was added to GTK+ this week?
