Gtkmm installation

Hi there,

I didn't suceed to install gtkmm on XP and DevCpp. When I compile I
have lots of bugs appearing. I tried to do what is writing in the
tutorial explaining how to install on windows. But the pkg-config is
not recognized.

Could someone help me?
