Thank's Yaakov, but does not works ok!!! I'm using Dev-C++ 4.9.9.2, Gtk-win32-devel-2.6.10-rc1, gtkmm-devel-2.6.2-1.

 

I added '--enable-runtime-pseudo-reloc' using the menu 'Tools' - 'Compiler Options' - 'Add the following commands when calling compiler'

 

I had the same error. There is a discution about this in https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1229226&group_id=2435&atid=102435

but a didn't understand very well, I'm starting now in C/C++.
