Dynamic Resizing

I have a table of derived Widgets, I want to be able to dynamically
resize all of them ( they are all the same size ) When the window is
resized. I want them to fill as much space as possible ( minus menus
and such ) and still retain their aspect ratio. I don't quite know how
to go about doing this.
