Installing gtkmm 2.6 on win32

Hi all,

i want to install gtkmm on WinXP and i just find this document :

http://www.gtkmm.org/docs/gtkmm-2.4/docs/tutorial/html/ape.html

but it deals with gtkmm 2.4 and i want to know if it is possible to do the same thing with gtkmm 2.6 ?
