Okay, I googled some more (no reply usually means "rtfm, we've had this
question umpteen times" :), this was about the best thing I found:

Is that pretty definative? If so, is it linked off gtkmm.org (would be a
good idea)?

<grumble>I will have to start all over again if this is right, but at least
I have a straight forward set of steps to follow</grumble>.
