Gtkmm on win32

Hello,

I've installed minsys and the mDTK, as well as GTK+ and GTKmm (dev and
runtime). All I am missing as far as I can tell is pkg-config, where do I
get that from and how do I set it up (ie put the .pc files where they will
be found)?

I also extracted g++ and gcc into the mingw directory on my system.
