Try 'yum install gtkmm20-docs' or 'yum install gtkmm24-docs'

They're part of Fedora Extras. For example :

http://download.fedora.us/fedora/fedora/2/i386/RPMS.stable/gtkmm20-docs-2.2.12-0.fdr.1.2.i386.rpm
