Off topic, but: Luckily it can sleep for several days, so I almost never
start mine.

By the way, I recently did some work in cvs to add a --disable-deprecated
configure option. When used, the deprecated classes are not included in
the library at all. That should help a bit on reduced-resources devices
like this.

I'm sure there are more things that could be done though to reduce the
code size, if I found the time.
