Sorted row delete example from ListModel...

Is anyone interested in this? I replied to an old thread with this
link, so I don't know if anyone actually saw it (and my web browser
logs show no one actually downloaded it :-) ).

It is an example app you can include in the list of gtkmm examples on
how to sort by a column and properly delete the row.
