It would seem to me that you would want to connect your own callback
slots to the signals you mentioned and implement your own sounds which
those signals ("signal_clicked" for instance) are emitted by those
widgets in your application.

OK, Right. But is there something similar in gtkmm? I've not found it. But
then I'll bet there is nothing similar in gtk, so it wouldn't be in gtkmm
for that reason. Right?
