gtkmm-2.4.pc package prob

hi,
 
          i tried installing minisip-0.7.0 on fedora core-3, but was unable to. i got the following error when configuring minisip-0.7.0

checking for pkg-config... /usr/bin/pkg-config
checking for libglademm-2.4... Package libglademm-2.4 was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `libglademm-2.4.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'libglademm-2.4' found
checking for libglademm-2.0... Package libglademm-2.0 was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `libglademm-2.0.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'libglademm-2.0' found
configure: error: Could not find the glademm-2.0 library

then i downloaded libglademm-2.4.0.tar.gz and tried installing it. but again got the following error

but i am unable to find these gtkmm-2.4.pc package.
can some one please suggest me , what i can do? thank you,
