Gtkmm with Borland

Has anyone ever used any Borland compiler with gtkmm?  I am trying
to build a simple hello world gtkmm project with Borland CBuilder
6.  The goal is to eventually use just the free Borland command
line compiler.  Why?  I am using a 3rd party library that seems
to hate gcc but works fine with the Borland compiler.

I have checked the list archive since 2003 and find only a few
mentions of Borland but none about actually building with
Borland
