Yes, for now, please go ahead and comment out the g_warning(), but also try to
investigate with valgrind/memprof in case we are now leaking other memory.
Remember to edit the ChangeLog.

But this bug will remain open until I have investigated your test case properly.

So, you said that the RPMs are now done for Fedora. Do you want to put the spec
files in the tarball (meaning that you also agree to maintain them there as well
as in the Fedora systme)?

It just is less work if you just need to download one package and compile and
then install it. But I can understand if it is difficult for you guys that it is
maybe not worth the effort.

I was just wondering why java-gnome has such a collection package and you guys
don't.

OK. Not a bug, because
a) It's the packagers job to do the difficult stuff so that the user of the
package doesn't.
b) Having one source tarball and install will encourage packagers to confuse the
contents of onen module with another, and to package it differently
on different platforms.
c) We don't do this for the rest of the GNOME platform.

java-gnome is now modular.

Ok, memprof does not report any memory leaks with libsigc++ 2.0.6-test1 which is
good news.

I also used valgrind to confirm that my testcase which generates the warning is
unsafe, in that it dereferences conn after it's been deleted.
