Subject line for gtkmm mailing list messages

It seems that messages to the gtkmm mailing list no longer have "gtkmm" in
the Subject line, which they always used to.  I have a mail filtering rule
set up that moves messages with that to a folder, that has only recently
stopped working.

Was that an intentional change?
