Compiling gtkmm Apps with Dev-C++

Hi, I have a problem with Dev-Cpp and gtkmm. I worked the tutorial on the
gtkmm site through, until I came to the point of >>Compiling gtkmm Apps with
Dev-C++<<. Where is that command promt? Can´t find it. Where do I have to
write in >>pkg-config --cflags gtkmm-2.4<< ? 
I have the latest versions of all.
