Follow these steps:
1) use the latest version of anjuta
2) choose a gtkmm or gnomemm project
3) autogen/configure give errors
4) edit configure.in and change gtkmm-2.0 to gtkmm-2.4
5) rerun autogen
All things must work fine!

I usually do these steps.
