[gtkmm] Little Error in Spinbutton-Example in "Programming with gtkmm2"

Hi,I just encountered a little mistake in the file spinbutton/examplewindow.cc:

m_SpinButton_Value has to be initialised with set_snap_to_ticks( true)

if the associated checkbutton is initialised as active."Snap to ticks" seems not to be the standard behaviour of a spinbutton.
