[gtkmm] Accelerators and sub menus

[Diana Esch-Mosher <desch-mosher lanl gov>]

I have a toolbar menu. That menu is dynamic and may contain many
submenus. I have no problem with accelerators on the menu, however I
cannot see or use the accelerators on the submenus! Is there some magic
I don't know about?
