[gtkmm] Using SVG in gtkmm apps

The Inkscape folks seem to be doing a great job on using SVG in a gtkmm app -
The graphics are fast, look terrific, and allow lots of effects. They seem
to use a svg-view widget - any idea if this can be easily used in a separate
gtkmm application ?
