I had kept this for the next release of my installer (probably with 
gtkmm-2.4.5) but here we go

As always, the DLL (and import library) is only compatible with mingw32 
and will not work with MS Visual C++.

Unzip the file in your gtkmm (and GTK+) base directory and you're all set.
