Can you tell me what to look at or to do ?

I tried to modify some paths into this file but it has no effect.

For example, before my editing :
"C:\GTK\lib\gtk-2.0\242A6D~1.0\IMMODU~1\IM-CED~1.DLL"
"cedilla" "Cedilla" "gtk+" "/target/lib/locale"
"az:ca:co:fr:gv:oc:pt:sq:tr:wa"

And now :
"C:\GTK\lib\gtk-2.0\2.4.0\immodules\im-cedilla.dll"
"cedilla" "Cedilla" "gtk+" "/target/lib/locale"
"az:ca:co:fr:gv:oc:pt:sq:tr:wa"
