[gtkmm] Gtk::OptionMenu and ImageMenuElem

Hi,
When i add an ImageMenuElem to the menu of an optionmenu, the image is
only visible when the menu is activated. I like it to be visible when it
is selected as well. Is there a way to accomplish this?
