[gtkmm] Gtk::ListStore refresh?

Now I managed the communication between windows. Thanx for the hints.
But I have another question now: How can I refresh the ListStore. I add
some data to the model but the list is still the same.
Is there a way to refresh the list or to quickly re-add the elements?
