[gtkmm] Porting problems

Now I have a working version of gtkmm/gnomemm. :)

And I am in the process of porting an application from
1.x to 2.x.

The problem is that is been a while since I have done
anything in gtkmm so I am a bit lost trying to figure
out about the several changes.

For example, does anyone know what happened to
the following methods?

Gnome::Dialog::close_hides()
Gnome::Dialog::editable_enters()

I wasn't able to find anything similar in Gtk::Dialog.
