[gtkmm] CList rewrap

murray has mentioned a few times that it would be possible to rewrap
CList for gtkmm2. i have a large app which makes major use of CList
and CTree, and although we want to use TreeView for the improved
functionality it offers, porting to gtkmm2 will be difficult if we
have to do everything in one step. so, we are considering rewrapping
CList as a bridge for the port effort. i wanted to check if anybody
has done this yet ....
