[gtkmm] API freeze - March 1st

The GNOME schedule slipped by 2 weeks, so the GNOME Platform Bindings
schedule has slipped by 2 weeks as well. So, API freeze is not today -
it's in 2 weeks, on March 1st:

Don't expect it to slip again - it was very unusual.

That give _you_ and me 2 weeks to get as many of these API bugs fixed as
possible:
