RE: [gtkmm] Re: gtkmm on cygwin?

Thanks for the info.! That was a very nice of you.
It seems that most of the Cygwin packages are a newer version than the
official Cygwin sites, GREAT!!. However, I could not finish the
downloads. I kept getting a message box saying that the downloads was
incomplete and it asked me if I wanted to try again.
I've tried and tried, but to no avail. I think there is a problem with
the site, because the error message popped up when trying to download
the same file, which2-2.xx.x.tar.bz2. I could be mistaken though, it
just might be that my bad luck has come back with my seasonal allergies
:).
But if it is a problem that can be solved, please let me know.

Thanks in advance.

Not sure what you mean by MSW-CYGWIN. I have ported libsigc++-2.0,
glibmm-2.4, gtkmm-2.4, libglademm-2.4, and libgnomecanvasmm-2.6 to
Cygwin, based on glib-2.4 and the *X11* version of gtk+-2.4 present in
the Cygwin distro. These are available at:

the following error:

Without seeing the link command that failed -- and which version you're
trying to compile and compile against -- it's hard to tell.
