I am making a build of Gtkmm 2.4 with --enable-deprecations and
discovered a few bugs.  The patches are trivial, but I haven't been able
to find the documentation for gtkmmproc and its usage.  tools/README
says I should look in docs/internal/, but no such directory exists.  I
grepped around a little, but didn't find any references outside of the generated files, NEWS, tools/README, and tools/TODO files.

Where is the documentation for gtkmmproc?
