[gtkmm] Example code: dispatcher.cc

hi all,

I need to start working with thread, so first thing I looked at the
discptcher.cc example.
I compiled the code without any problems.
When I try to execute the program I get segmentation fault in the
Glib::thread_init().

Any idea?
