[gtkmm] Gtk::TreeView row height

Hello!

I noticed that the rows in a TreeView are relatively high. The font
inside TreeView is quite big, too. Is there a common way to make the
rows a little slimmer?

Maybe someone might tell me that this is theme-dependent. My program
mainly depends one just one big TreeView, so I want at least provide the
option to get slimmer rows without changing themes.
