[gtkmm] Gtkmm 2.4 docs online

I have uploaded gtkmm 2.4 docs. Although glibmm 2.4 is a separate module,
with separately-built documentation, the links in the API reference
documentation seem to work perfectly (with a little doxygen tags/installdox
magic in the Makefiles).
