[gtkmm] Rewritten Timer & Idle Examples

Hello All,

I noticed in the Gtkmm2 documention that the Idle and the Timer examples don't 
compile in Gtkmm2.  

I've rewritten them to compile in Gtkmm2.  Does anyone want me to post them 
here on the mailing list?
