[gtkmm] Updated installer for win32



Cedric, I've tried this. It's fantastic.

One tiny problem - because only the demo is installed, but not the examples,
the source code links in the book don't work. Also, I'd suggest adding the
README to the Start menu files, or something telling people how to start
using gtkmm to write apps.

I think it's time you had cvs write access. Please send me (privately) your
preferred username and crypted password using the script at the bottom of
this page:
