It would be great if you will have a chance to take a look at 
dispatcher.cc with Win32 support we sent on this mailing list some time ago.

Also, my friend found that clipboard.cc/h wasn't included in that 
package during building process, so, it is useless for our App for now. 
(Sounds strange though, file is included in files_general_hg list.)
