hi all,
i'm new to using gtkmm. i'm trying to configure an audio program i
downloaded called seq24 which utilizes gtkmm. when i run the configure
script for seq24, it dies and requests an environment variable be set to
point to the file 'gtkmm-config' . i've downloaded gtkmm-2.0.2 and
installed it and its depedencies. however, i am unable to locate the
gtkmm-config file or anything similar in any of the src and install
directories. i've read a bit about the transition between gtk--.h files and
gtkmm.h ones. is this the issue here, or is this something unrelated? does
the gtkmm-config file still exist in newer releases, renamed possibly?? is
the use of the gtkmm-config file for earlier versions of gtkmm?? do i need
an older version, or is there a way to update the configure script for the
program i want to install??
any and all help with this is greatly appreciated.
cheers,
brook
