It seems that --disable-static must be the first option to run
configure.
Or it can not be correctly recognized.
My shell is msys1.0 rxvt.

No idea, Did you run the configure script provided in the gtkmm-2.2.5
tarball or did you recreate one with the autotools
(libtoolize/aclocal/automake/autoconf) ?
