[gtkmm] TODO file

I've just checked the TODO file and have a question and a remark on
the tasks mentioned there:

"The existing gtkmm samples are coded bizarrely."
- where's the problem here? What is exactly wrong with the examples?

"gnu.org won't reply to my emails about assigning copyright.
Maybe we should give up this idea. murrayc."
Maybe we shouldn't - I once sent a mail to a gnu.org address and
got an answer approximately 3 months later.
