[gtkmm] Extra widgets for Gtkmm

I've written a few extra widgets for Gtkmm and packaged them up:

Would any of these be of general use?  Are there any plans to have a
"libgtkmmextra" library like libgtkextra?  If so, I'd be happy to
submit these for inclusion.
