[gtkmm] gtkmm 1.2 and 2 parallel rpm install

Hi,

As it seems there is currently no standard way to install gtkmm 1.2 and
2 as rpms in parallel. For example the standard naming of libsigc++
is libsigc++-1.0.0 and libsigc++-1.2.0, so it is not possible to install
them both. Of course I could change all the spec etc... myself, but why
was this not already done?
