[gtkmm] Weird Link Problems.

Hello you all, I've just installed gtkmm on my debian box and am trying
to find out how to use this ... I've been reading the documentation and
finally tried a test-run with the Hello World application described.

But the surprise is that... even with (I guess) all the necessary
packages installed:

libgtkmm2.0-1c102
libgtkmm2.0-dev
libgtk2.0-dev
libgtk2.0-0
libsigc++-1.2-5c102
libsigc++-1.2-dev

with all dependancie checks okay, I receive the following message when
trying to compile a simple helloworld application that is shown in the
documentation:

/*--------------------------------------------------------------------*/
$ g++ -o helloworld helloworld.cc `pkg-config gtkmm-2.0 --cflags --libs`

Could anyone Help me ?
