There is nothing stopping gtkmm being used to implement the design pattern
commonly known as Model View Controller, see the Gang of Four book
Design Patterns. Do you
mean why doesn't gtkmm force a MS Visual C++ style wizard for creating a
default MultipleDocument interface? See www.ootips.org for more on
MVC. What exactly are you trying to model?
