[gtkmm] Problems with gtkmm-config

I've just installed gtkmm 1.3.22. After that i tried to install a program which requiers gtkmm instalation. During the execution of "config" i recieved the following message: "checking for gtkmm-config... no. And i really have no such file on my file system. What should i do?
