gcc-3.2 is still beta on mingw. Currently, only the stable release (2.95.3) 
of mingw-gcc is supported when compiling gtkmm-1.3.x on . Is there any 
reason why you want to use gcc-3.2 (for an obfuscated templated code ?) ? I 
don't even think mingw-gcc-3.2 is supported by the author (Tor Lillqvist) 
of gtk+ on win32 !
