[gtkmm] Toolbar

Hi all,

I am writing an app and extending Gnome::App.  Everything is working great
so far.  I appreciate all the work that everyone has been doing.

My question concerns the Gtk::Toolbar widget.  Is there a way to set the
toolbar in a fixed position so that the user cannot drag it all over the
place?  

Do I need to post this question to the Gnomemm mailing list?
