[gtkmm] "Programming with gtkmm" book status

I have now finished updating the widget-specific chapters and their
examples, finishing today with the "Menus and Toolbars" section. At this
time only the "Drawing Area" chapter is known to be out-of-date. The
others might be less than perfect, but they should not be incorrect.
